Lovely weather.
The north eastern wind (if there was any) made the air dry. After putting some oil on the calves of my legs (which gives heat to the muscles) I was ready to get wet in an eventual shower. The moment lasted very long before a hailshower tortured me like little pins.

No, I think that running would not be a wise decision. Consulting my doctor is maybe a better one.

sunny spell
I can't stop cycling. Today the day started with snowshowers, but in the afternoon the weather improved. I took my bike and cycled against the severe wind. It was just one sunny spell because when I was home it started all over again.
This is not the weather to start running again. My knees are holding but my Achilles tendon (?) is irritated quickly.

On the 37th day of the year I had my 11th tour.
Sadly I forgot a bidon with water. And with the sun shining I needed some. This is the reason for a short tour on my racing bike.
