Friday Oct. 28

It seems that my week starts at Friday and ends at Sunday. This ain't true. I got work to do too and that's fun also. Nevertheless I don't P.O.T. However on some day's I can use the trainingshoes.
Talking about trainingshoes. It's time to put them on my feet again, at least to try to run again. This time I want to prepare myself on the first steps by stretching-exercises in home, at work or where ever I can do it.

I should not set huge goals. Maybe I should start with 1 kilometer running painfree before biking. First I should get the joy of running. And thats not here. My body has to adapt to the new movement
