We had a individual 10.2 k time trial and the same distance for a couple-ride.

My time on the individual race was 16:34 minutes. It was the 11th time, not bad considering that the others cycle much more trained. However I should be faster than the fastest woman, I wasn't.
The 16:34 was 5:24 minutes faster than last year. In 2004 I missed a bend in the road at cycled straight forward till I thought "hey, this is too far".

After that ride we experienced (after a schoolyard diplomacy to form couples) the couple ride.
Again the 10.2 k; now we rode it in a dissappointing 16:56 minutes.

At the circuit at Nedereindse berg we had a 30 minutes ride.
Of a couple one person counted the number of rounds while the other rides.
I was counted for 14 rounds of 1.2 k., but in a formula I rode 17.552 k.
Okay that fine with me I had not my day.
