I'm afraid to run again. However the pain is away I should not be a fanatic and run away like a decade ago. Okay, have I lost the first trial but won't do that again.
Maybe I have to run only for 10 minutes and than go for a bike training. Something like that. I got to build it up step by step.

cycling
I figured out what it might be that my knees are so weak.
All day I do nothing, I usually sit on an office chair. Already 10 years ago I had a weak left knee but right becomes also weak. It's likely that I have to build the muscles around the knee.
Maybe I should cycle with a light gear. Motion might help the knee to get stronger too.
Well I got one bike repaired and the weather is bad enough to use that all terrain hybridbike.

cold weather
Half an hour ago I made some fun cycling in the periphery of my hometown.
It was the second day in a row.
It was cold, but not windy.
Yeah, I enjoyed the ride.
My knee is a little better.

Running is the hard way.....
....to torture one's body. Cycling is the more sophisticated way of doing this.
It's not easy to pick up running again. Did have the runningflu, bought the shoes, knew how to run but it doesn't come out. A week of pain and still not able to walk. The wound on my heel has to heal. My knees are so unstable that I have to do other training first. If you know Emil Zatopec you know that one has to look differently at achieving goals.
Today I picked up cycling again.
Testing the bike, the gear and computer.
It all works and also it felt good to be out for a while. (to leave the emotions behind)

Extra training
IPOT and ran for 25 minutes. It wasn't sceduled however the run fit in the scedule.
The pain is less intense. Heartbeat after 20 minutes was 98 bpm. At the moment heartbeat is 64 bpm. At 20.00 heartbeat was 58 bpm.

First week running
Immediately after work I put on my trainingshoes and my mind was completely set on running.
After a warming up I ran 40 minutes with intervals. Followed with a cooling down. Momentarily I feel more confident than 3 runs before, however its the end of the week, the end of the first training scedule.
It will take some time to reach the old level of long before, when I ran 2 hours with ease on a reasonable speedlevel. Nowadays I feel a little ashamed when 2 running ladies pass me like wagging the dog. I better stop, I thought. I did some stretching when they passed me.

Resuming the first week running I can say that I feel now better than after the first run. My new shoes aching my right heel, but who matters. I feel a little better concerning my back and shoulders.
Next week: 3 times running, 40 minutes each in 2 block of 20 minutes.
