Immediately after work I put on my trainingshoes and my mind was completely set on running.
After a warming up I ran 40 minutes with intervals. Followed with a cooling down. Momentarily I feel more confident than 3 runs before, however its the end of the week, the end of the first training scedule.
It will take some time to reach the old level of long before, when I ran 2 hours with ease on a reasonable speedlevel. Nowadays I feel a little ashamed when 2 running ladies pass me like wagging the dog. I better stop, I thought. I did some stretching when they passed me.
Heartbeat after 20 minutes was 118 bpm. One or two hours After running it was 70 bpm.
Resuming the first week running I can say that I feel now better than after the first run. My new shoes aching my right heel, but who matters. I feel a little better concerning my back and shoulders.
Next week: 3 times running, 40 minutes each in 2 block of 20 minutes.
