I.P.O.T. means I Put On Trainingshoes. It's about running, cycling and racing on a bike, the difficulty to overcome injury, my running and cycling statistics.

Extra training
IPOT and ran for 25 minutes. It wasn't sceduled however the run fit in the scedule.
The pain is less intense. Heartbeat after 20 minutes was 98 bpm. At the moment heartbeat is 64 bpm. At 20.00 heartbeat was 58 bpm.
Wow, an additional blog from you releated to running. Oh man, I barely generate some postings to my running blog ;-) Besides, I am sure you will also post some updates to your cycling passion, won't you?
